Who you are dealing with

This app is operated by GLOBETUNEZ. Blaze It Up Radio Africa is the station you listen to here. When these terms say "we", they mean GLOBETUNEZ.

Your account

You can listen to the radio and browse artists and events without an account. An account lets you follow artists, chat during live shows, request songs, enter competitions and vote.

One person, one account. Voting asks you to verify a phone number to help prevent duplicate voting. You can request account deletion from your profile, and what happens to your data when you do is set out on the privacy page.

Music you send us

When you enter a competition you keep every right you already have in your music. You are telling us it is yours to enter, and giving us permission to play it on the station and show it in the app as part of that competition. Nothing here transfers ownership of your work to anyone.

Entries are reviewed before they appear publicly. We can decline or remove an entry, for example if it is not the entrant's own work.

Chat and behaviour

Live chat is a shared, public room. Hosts can hide messages and mute or ban accounts. We do that to keep the room usable, not to control opinion.

Do not pretend to be someone else, do not post other people's private information, and do not use the app to break the law.

Voting and competitions

One vote per person per competition. Trying to get around that (extra accounts, automated voting) can cost you your entry, your vote or your account. Hosts and admins do not vote in their own competitions.

Each competition sets its own dates and rules, shown on its page. Where a competition's own rules and this page disagree, the competition page wins.

Money

This app has a test-payment mode, where the payment screen says clearly that nothing is charged. When enabled, eligible in-app tickets use Paystack for naira or Stripe for US dollars. In-app Club membership uses recurring Stripe billing in US dollars. Payment credentials are handled by the payment provider and never reach this app.

Real donations and recurring naira membership are not currently available. Validation is the creator allocation associated with membership, not a one-off donation. Where an event sends you to an organiser's external checkout, that purchase happens outside this app and under the organiser's own checkout terms.

Refund rules for in-app payments are not written yet. Real payments must not be launched until those rules and the responsible legal entity are published here.

Club 9thwunder

Club 9thwunder is Blaze's membership club. You can join through this app when in-app membership checkout is enabled, or use an existing club membership. The app carries your pass and records door discounts so each is given once per event. For a subscription started here, use Manage billing in Me to review or cancel recurring billing. For a subscription started on the club website, manage it there. The joining screen explains the current price and benefits.

What we do not promise

The station, live shows and this app can go down. We will not pretend otherwise: if the video for a show fails, chat may remain available when enabled; if the app cannot reach the station, it says so rather than showing you a player that does nothing.

We may change or remove features. If a change takes something away that you were relying on, we will say so plainly rather than letting you discover it.
